Light: The Philodendron Brasil does best in bright, indirect light to maintain its vibrant variegation. It can tolerate lower light conditions but the colors may become less pronounced. Avoid direct sunlight.
Water: As a tropical plant, the Brasil prefers consistently moist but not soggy soil. Water when the top 2 inches of soil is dry, usually about once per week.
Soil: Use a well draining potting soil. You may optionally add peat moss for moisture retention and perlite or orchid bark for extra drainage.
